1. Practicing social distancing all the time.
2. All high contact surfaces would be cleaned after every service.
3. Personal Protective Gear such as gloves, gowns, drapes, towels, linens etc will be changed between each client. These used items should be cleaned and disinfected or discarded in a closed container.
4. Common steam rooms, sauna and Jacuzzis to be kept shut down as the virus thrives in humidity.
5. Removing all unnecessary items such as magazines, newspapers, service menus, any other unnecessary paper products, and decor.
6. Complete the Sanitization of treatment rooms after each treatment.
7. Use of Digital menus only. The same would be sent to the guest on his mobile.
8. We encourage the use of digital payments. All the guests will be provided with disposable gloves or Q-tips to avoid direct touch while making card payments.
1. Prior Appointments are mandatory. Please call at the Spa Extension or our centralised helpline number +91 7678578191 for an appointment.
2. All the guests will be greeted with the Indian Greeting of Namaskar.
3. Wearing masks & maintaining social distancing is necessary.
4. Use of disposable linen kits for each treatment.
5. Use of Mono Dose Products for each therapy like Massages, Scrubs, Wraps, Facials, Pedicures etc.
6. You are requested to avoid bringing along children, especially below 10 years of age, or someone else for the company.
7. For all body treatments, guests are requested to take a shower before the treatment commences.

3. We ensure that if any of our employees have even the slightest symptom of the virus they are advised to stay at home and seek medical help immediately.
4. Wash hands for 20 seconds with soap and warm water prior to the treatment, and verbally notify guests that hands have been washed before the therapy starts.
5. We encourage our therapists to refrain from touching their own faces during services.
6. All spa therapists will sanitize themselves after every therapy including their uniforms after properly disposing of the disposable linen used by them.
7. All therapist to follow the set social distancing standards for employees in communal staff areas
8. After each treatment ensure the complete room is sanitized and a sign displayed mentioning the same.
