Welcome to R3SPA. By accessing or using our services, including spa treatments and gift card purchases, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms
Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services or purchase gift cards.

Health Conditions: Clients are responsible for informing R3SPA of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to receiving treatments.

Right to Refuse Service: R3SPA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in-person. A valid contact number and email address are required.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

3. Gift Cards
Purchase and Redemption: Gift cards can be purchased online or at our spa locations and are redeemable for services and products offered by R3SPA.

Validity: Gift cards are valid for 03 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards will not be honored or revalidated.

Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Lost or Stolen Cards: R3SPA is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

4. Payments and Refunds
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable.

Gift card also not cancelled or refundable.

5. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for providing our services.

Data Usage: Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

6. Liability
Service Risks: While we take utmost care, R3SPA is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from our services.

Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. R3SPA is not liable for any loss or damage.

7. Modifications to Terms
R3SPA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
